When you use GGTV Nexus+, we may collect the following information:

Account Data: Email address, display name, and profile information when you create an account via our authentication system (powered by Supabase).

Usage Data: Pages visited, videos watched, features used, interaction patterns, and time spent on the platform. This helps us improve your experience.

Device Data: Device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

Token & Rewards Data: Token balances, task completions, earning history, and premium-feature access within the GGTV Nexus+ rewards system. Tokens are a virtual in-app reward with no monetary value.

Note: GGTV Nexus+ is a broadcast platform. Users do not upload, post, or publish content, so we do not collect user-generated media, comments, or uploads.

2. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage and session storage to remember your preferences, authentication state, theme selection (dark/light mode), and token balances. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. You can clear your browser storage at any time, which will sign you out and reset your preferences.

3. Analytics & Advertising

We may use analytics services to understand how our platform is used and to improve our service. Sponsored content and reward advertisements are displayed within the platform. Advertiser campaigns track completion counts and click-through rates in aggregate — no personal user data is shared with advertisers.

4. Third-Party Services

GGTV Nexus+ uses third-party services to deliver content, process payments, and secure the platform. These services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Device Permissions

The GGTV Nexus+ app may request the following permissions:

Internet Access: Required for streaming content and syncing your account. Wake Lock: Used by the Screen Lock feature to prevent your device from sleeping during playback. Notifications: Optional — for live stream alerts and token rewards (if enabled).

6. Data Protection

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) policies. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated API access, and session-based authentication tokens.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Account & Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your GGTV Nexus+ account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app. Go to Profile → Account → Delete My Account, then confirm. This permanently removes your account, token balance, transaction history, watch history, and profile information from our systems.

Alternatively, you may request deletion by contacting us on WhatsApp at +234 705 252 2089 from the account associated with your profile, with the message "Account Deletion Request." We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Data we may retain: We may retain limited information where required for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, or legal/regulatory compliance, as permitted by law. All other personal data is permanently deleted.

Under GDPR (EU/UK users): You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. Under CCPA (California users): You have the right to know what data we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell your data).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GGTV Nexus+ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not: attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the token or rewards system; create multiple accounts for the purpose of farming tokens; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform; or attempt to circumvent premium-content or feature access controls.

3. Content Ownership

All content on GGTV Nexus+ — including logos, branding, design, live broadcasts, and original programming — is the property of Gene Gunther Media or its licensors. GGTV Nexus+ is a broadcast platform: all content is curated, produced, or licensed by us. Users do not upload, post, or publish content on the Platform.

4. Live Broadcasting & Content

GGTV Nexus+ produces and broadcasts original live events, sports, and entertainment, filmed on location by our own production crew. We may also feature third-party content that has been licensed to us or submitted to us for promotion under separate commercial arrangements. We hold or obtain the necessary rights for all content we broadcast. If you believe any material appears on our platform without proper authorization, please contact us immediately for review and removal.

5. Content Promotion (Business Partners)

Content owners and creators may arrange, through a separate paid agreement with GGTV Nexus+, to have their content featured or promoted to our audience. Such arrangements are made privately between the content owner and GGTV Nexus+ and are not part of the general user experience. Everyday users of the Platform do not submit or promote content.

6. Tokens, Tasks & Rewards

GGTV Nexus+ offers a virtual rewards system. Users earn tokens by completing tasks and engaging with the Platform (for example, watching reward advertisements or daily check-ins). Tokens are used to unlock premium features such as fullscreen playback and access to premium content.

Tokens are a virtual, in-app currency only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased for cash, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money, and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust token rewards, costs, and availability at any time.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the token and rewards system. Suspended accounts forfeit any accumulated tokens.

8. Limitation of Liability

GGTV Nexus+ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or third-party content. Because access to the Platform is free and tokens carry no monetary value, our total liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
